Position: Manager HR - Operations / Supply Chain.

As part of the Human Resource team you shall be driving solutions for organizational challenges for the assigned team / geography through people-relevant solutions in alignment with HR and Operations leadership. Operations and supply chain people organisation is one of the most important pillar of DealShare's vision for the future of eCommerce.

You would own the assigned regional people org and support it in achieving its business goals. This will require you to think big, use data, challenge conventional processes, and reinvent how work is done. You would contribute to developing our people strategy and own its execution through Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent Management, Growth and People Success.

Reporting and location:

The position reports to the HRBP - Operations and will be expected to work in close coordination with the regional operations leadership and the HR team. Positions are located in our state headquarters and requires extensive in-person connect with operations leadership and personnel (onrole as well as off-role) located in the warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own complete employee life cycle for the assigned people org - Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent Management, Growth and People Success

- Own the People Org design, capacity planning and management including short and medium term people plan, fulfillment of talent needs due to environmental factors, seasonal variations and strategic business objectives for the region.

- Own and drive superlative People experience. Drive satisfactory closure of employee queries and incidents as per defined TAT for the assigned people org and geography including Semi-skilled / Unskilled, on-roll and Off-roll teams. Proactively drive redressal of people issues and process inadequacies.

- Be the voice of the assigned people org in the human resources team. Develop strong relationships with operations managers, leadership and other stakeholders.

- Design and execute continual people outreach programs to enhance people engagement across levels for the assigned people org. Implement holistic and agile people development programs to drive people success.

- Drive strategic initiatives and program management to achieve strategic business objective.

Experience:

- Full-time Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management from leading management institutes

- Must have 3-5 Years experience managing people org for operations and supply chain preferably in eCommerce / Retail / FMCG

- Preferred early / growth stage startup experience

- Experience managing a small distributed team
