Key responsibility areas :
- Manage a set of strategic seller accounts for Dealshare to consistently meet/exceed monthly targets. Each seller will have the potential to do a business of 2 to 3 Cr Plus a month.
- Strong Stakeholder management, ability strong and powerful relationship with the strategic accounts ( some sellers will be brand owners / manufacturers). The person will be responsible for both hunting those accounts and farming/managing them.
- The person should be apt at working with data and providing data driven insights to grow the sellers business on DS. The person should develop track & interpret reports
- Person should enable sellers to learn and master Seller tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standards
- Learn and understand the peculiarities of category to spot trends, seasonal items and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
Qualification & Experience : - Post Graduate MBA ( preferable ) , however Graduates can also apply
- 3+ Years of Experience in eCommerce / Retail / Brand Account mgmt.
- Skilled in Negotiations
- Should have good Verbal and written communication skills , ability to persuade , convince and simplify complex problems
- Strong Analytical skills
- Self driven result oriented individual
