- Build High Performance Organization for various Departments in DealShare and communication of the Goals from the Senior Leadership to the Individuals
(i) Make sure every individual contributor and people manager have their performance goals in place within 30 days of their joining the organization.
(ii) Lead monthly org performance goals review by respective CXO / Function head every month.
(iii)Lead Talent Review and Succession Planning Meetings every Quarter
- Drive productivity of the employees and building retention plans for HiPer-HiPo, and maintain eNPS at a priority - Works closely with people managers and individual contributors to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
(i) Meet every individual contributor at least once every quarter either 1:1 or through skip level meeting (focus group discussion). Record all feedback from the meetups and analyze to distill insights and create an action plan to address. Execute the action plan post approval. (share trends and metrics with the CoEs to develop solutions, programs and policies).
(ii) Meet every people manager at least once every week to discuss key business priorities, key people issues, share feedback from their respective team with them.
(iii) Drive CXO / Function Head all hands every month
(iv) 100% retention of employees of top performers and employees in critical roles
- Builds Organization Capability by identifying the gaps in the processes and focusing on the solutions on building efficient systems and processes
- Identifies learning and development needs for individuals and people managers. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of learning and development programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure learning and development objectives are met.
- Manages Employee Relations by addressing the employee grievances in minimal TAT and having a regular employee connect with the business partnering departments
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations and takes necessary disciplinary actions. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
