DealShare - Finance Manager - Audit & Insurance

- Support the vision and drive business benefit by insuring all assets, continuous improvement in the process and defining how DealShare will move from the current state to the desired future state by

- Partnering with business and operations team to understand the issues and challenges we would face and defining the roadmap

- Dealing with insurance companies to insure DealShare properties, assets, cash

- Continuously assessing external and internal benchmark, new rules and regulations, best practices, identifying areas of improvement and implementing it

- Identifying and calculating risks & benefits

Required:

- 7+ years of experience in Insurance Domain

- Strong understanding on government laws and regulation on assets

- Ability to coordinate with insurance brokers and liaise with Government officials (If required)

- Ability to manage tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives

- Strong communication, convincing and negotiating skills

- Post Graduate
