Financial Analysis / MIS

- Forecasting & Financial Planning.

- Generating financial performance/ MIS reports for purpose of submission to top management for strategic decision making.

- Developing effective reporting formats for funds position/ project cost profitability and updating ongoing project details.

- Consolidating financial and regulatory reports, costing sheet & billing sheet consolidation.

Statutory Compliance

- Interfacing with taxation authorities for timely filing of TDS and income tax assessments and filing of various forms, returns, etc. required under various Statutes.

- Handling Income Tax Assessments & Income Tax Return of the company.

- Ensuring all Statutory and Regulatory compliances to safeguard the company from any legal implication and any penal provisions.

Business Planning & Fund Management

- Formulating budgets & conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results & implementing corrective actions.

- Ensuring optimum liquidity position & establishing strategic cost management system for monitoring various overheads.

- Mapping business requirements and GAP Analysis.

- Assessing need and preparing business processes for the organization.

Position Requirements:

Must Have

- 10+ years experience in Finance?

- Ability to build Finance/Accounting Processes quickly ?

- Keeness to work in a start up and willingness to develop a world class product ?
