Individual Contributor Role

- New role (not replacement)

- Candidate should be okay with travel

Objective of the Role : The role has been created to manage profitability of dealers

Responsibilities :

i) To interact with principal dealers and understand the factors that affect the profitability of the dealers

ii) To take into account factors (such as - revenue streams, running expenses, capital investments, efficiency of sales consultants, admin expenses) & assess their financial impact

iii) Create a programme/template to ensure dealer ROI in a span of 2 - 3 years

iv) Travel across Pan India to interact with principal dealers ( 2 - 3 times a month) for regular feedback on financial aspects)

v) Share/Explain P&L report of each principal dealer ( the report will be system generated) monthly/annually

vi) Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders (Sales Head and Service Head) - to be aligned with the dealer KPIs

Ideal Candidate :

i) First preference is of 7 - 10 years of experience if coming from a Big 4, would have worked across multiple projects

ii) Second preference is of 10+ years of experience if coming from Auto industries
