Job Title: Dealer - Balance Sheet Management Group

Department: Treasury

Location: London

Looking for MBAs from tier 1/2 institutes or CAs with atleast 3-8 years relevant experience.

Core responsibilities

Assist the senior dealer in:

- Management of the overall balance sheet of the bank

- Managing the liquidity in line with requirements of regulation and of the bank - balancing investments and borrowings

- Managing the short term surplus funds by deploying in suitable short term money market instruments with an objective to increase return

- Managing market risk arising in the banking book

- Liaise closely with the funding groups to increase liability and reduce borrowing cost

- Undertake projects and assignments from time to time as directed by supervisor

Assist the senior dealer to:

- Formulate and implement strategies for managing liquidity and interest rate risk with optimum cash holding

- Ensure credit, liquidity, FX noop, and interest rate risk limits are observed.

- Build and maintain excellent relationships with market counterparts.

- Help provide guidance to support groups on procedures and processes necessary to ensure, and demonstrate, compliance with the Bank's policies.

- Help to ensure adequate controls, procedures, systems, training and other arrangements are put in place
