Understand the unique value proposition of the organization and ability to explain & convince the same to prospects over phone & emails. (In a B2B set up)
Not shy of client meetings (if that is required to get the client on boarded).
This is an individual contributor role and will shape into a team management role depending upon business growth objective / milestones.
Completely hands on in managing & reporting data.
Clarity of thoughts and well organized personality with ability to handle multiple things at the same time.
Meet or over exceed monthly / quarterly goals (this profile is responsible for customer acquisition targets).
Ability to work in fast pace & demanding start up environment and strong sense of urgency in getting things done.
6 working days a week
Location - Bangalore (Looking for candidates who are currently at Bangalore).
Ladies preferred for this role.
