Deal Analyst - BFS

Job Responsibilities:

- Will be involved in preparing pitchbooks, detailed company valuations and industry overviews

- Detailed industry overviews with identification of potentials targets and buyers through screening depending on various criterion

- Performing comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, historical & projected valuation, WACC calculation and pro forma merger analysis

- Creating pitch books, case studies and detailed profiles of various companies in the industrial group highlighting their businesses, financial profile, capitalization summary, broker views, acquisitions history and other related aspects

- Provide valuation analysis, including discounted cash flows, relative valuations, asset valuations, comparable comps and transaction multiple.

- Monitoring and evaluating current events, valuation and other financial information on the clients

- Prepare financial models and perform financial analysis of companies; Conducting market and product research

- Mentoring and supervising junior analysts

Job Requirements:

- 2 - 7 years of relevant, sector - agnostic experience as an Investment banking analyst

- Practical understanding of deal origination, deal closing and structuring principles

- Strong networking and financial modelling skills

- Highly proficient in Excel with strong corporate finance and business analysis skills

- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple timelines and complex processes

- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and research capabilities

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
