Deal Advisory |HR Due Diligence
- Labor law / IR experience as part of a previous role or as part of previous engagements
- Knowledge on recent labor law amendments and leading labor practices across sectors
- Strong network with peers and professionals in the field of employee statutory & regulations
- In addition, experience in designing organization structure, band and roll mapping, compensation and benefits, HR policy design, would be preferred
Responsibilities :
- Identification of key HR due diligence issues in M&A transaction with minimal senior manager supervision.
- Preparation of HR due diligence reports including executive summaries for senior management review .
- Participation in preparing proposals / business development activities.
- Leading on-ground due diligence teams and first point of contact for the client.
- Contributing towards practice development initiative, if possible- sales, people, solution development etc.
- Enhancing the portfolio of present offerings
- Responsible for engagement risk management
- The HR diligence team assists clients across the breadth of advisory activities including buy-side/sell-side assistance, merger/ acquisition/ demerger advisory etc. from the perspective of employee cost, statutory compliances, union issues, organization structure, HR policies and employee benefits
