DDV IT Due Diligence/Value Creation Role

Job Description:

- You will have at least 2 years' experience in some aspect of technology/technology operations.

- In addition to Excel and PowerPoint skills, you are comfortable around high-level financial analysis of IT cost information and have a broad understanding of key aspects of an IT environment (e.g. IT applications and IT infrastructure).

- You will be skilled in developing and nurturing internal/external networks, understand and be able to understand business considerations, have proficient oral and written communication skills.

- It is desirable (but not required) if you have experience in IT due diligence, IT strategy and operations, integration, separation, divestiture, program management or management consulting (internal or external).

- You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues.

- No two days are the same, you will assist in the management of a portfolio of clients and be a part of business development.
