Project Management Officer
- The main role of this profile would be to spread head improvements and growth initiatives sponsored by the MDs office.
- These initiatives would be to create new growth opportunities and to enable improvements in one or more functions.
The other responsibilities would include :
- Represents the management to customers, suppliers, external consultants, internal consultants, government bodies, agents and other agencies at the request of the Managing Director.
- Review and summarize reports and documents; prepare background documents as necessary and present a comprehensive and intelligent MIS to management.
- Screening new projects and conducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures.
- Identify new opportunities for investments, Project Planning, Project Evaluation and Feasibility.
- Prepare, Monitor and ensure MIS Generation (Such as cash flows, fund flows, Profitability Statements, IRRs, Payback periods, DSCR's, projected)
- Liaison with regulatory authorities for sanctions & approvals.
- Handle Commercial matters, reviewing debtors control on regular intervals and interact with various departments of the company
- Attend and coordinate various meeting from MDs office and look after day to day activities in MDs Office
- Assist the MD to analyze, review and drive the business excellence processes.
