DCM - Structuring & Execution - Securitizations - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Debt Capitals Market (DCM) team and Structured Finance Group (SFG) is part of the Wholesale Banking Group at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

DCM/SFG team works to structure & procure debt financing solutions for our own book as well as markets, across situations like vanilla balance sheet funding, project financing, sustainable solutions, sub-debt, securitization of receivables, acquisitions financing, real estate financing, high-yield/structured financing etc.

The team is responsible for identifying opportunities, driving origination, structuring and executing, sanctioning & arranging, and monitoring the transactions post disbursement. The team leverages the vast connect of the Group & external relationships to access a wide spectrum of clients across sectors.

JOB ROLE:

- Structuring, execution of PTC transactions invested by Kotak Bank

- Detailed credit analysis of originator and asset class for PTC transaction

- Updated on all regulatory guidelines pertaining to securitization

- Scoping and scanning the market new structures and identifying the same

- Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders for the successful closure of the deal

- Preparation of analytical material for internal credit underwriting and for external investors

- Closure of deal including sanctions, documentation and disbursement in collaboration with the internal teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- MBA from Tier 1 Institutes / CA (rankers / first attempt) with 4-6 years relevant experience

- Prior experience in securitization is a pre requisite

- Good understanding of various financing structures, credit approval & documentation process, taxation and regulatory frameworks

- Good communication and presentation skills
