Detailed Job Description:

Job Purpose

1] Primarily responsible for generation of business for bond desk and placement

2] Responsible for building and managing relationship with investors and issues for effective and efficient business operations

3] Preparing the appraisal notes / presentations /Notes for investors

4] Managing end to end transaction execution for each deal

Principal Accountabilities

1] Business Development

a] Support acquisition of new clients / transactions,

b] New transactions from the existing clients

c] Ensure the following:

Organized tracking of clients, by using industry databases/subscriptions, research reports etc.

Preparation and presentation of - Pitch- to clients/potential clients for Bond solutions

d] Networking: Regular interaction with Dealing officers of the client to gain insights about the company and the sector

2] Transaction Support:

a] Provide feedback from clients on marketability of a transaction to support initial Go-No Go decision

b] Support regular follow ups with transaction teams to ensure Compliance of all Pre-Commitment condition and Pre-disbursement Condition, and completion of security creation and perfection, compliance, and disbursement

3] Placement Of Bonds

a] Give market feedback on the selldown strategy for proposed deals

b] Placing bonds with respective clients based on feedback given

4] Actively track the investment appetite of clients for suggesting opportunities

Relevant & total years of Experience

Relevant experience of atleast 3-5 years is required post MBA / CA in the area of bond generation/placements
