Job Profile / Description.
- Must have some years of hard core Sales experience in the B2B industry
- Are required to grow the B2B vertical by chasing aggressive targets
- Demonstrates concern to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Produces action plans in which objectives are defined, steps for achieving them are clearly specified & checkpoints are built to ensure that desired results are delivered.
- As a team leader, gets groups to work together cooperatively, motivates, inspires and influences people to attain organizational and project goals.
- Approaches a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach. Need to build, motivate and lead a big team to achieve targets
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Should have some knowledge about eCommerce
- Need to find innovate solutions for using technology as the backbone for scaling operation & business
- Must have fair knowledge and keen eye for trends across different Industries.
- Relationship management
- Should be willing to travel
- Good communication & presentation skills
