Job Description :
- Driving pan India expansion by partnering with government as well as private hospitals for initiating and onboarding their dialysis units on DCDC platform.
- Strategic partnerships with hospital chains and Nephrologists for driving business growth for the organization.
- Successful onboarding and handover of dialysis centres by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and business functions.
- Driving both top line and bottom line for the organization to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Conducting quality market research, risk analysis, business feasibility analysis and market assessment for creating a high quality lead funnel for driving business growth for organization.
- Team building and management for enabling resources fulfil their potential and contribute in business growth.
- Driving branding and marketing initiatives for improving brand visibility and brand recall to facilitate business growth from existing centres through patient retention and growth.
- Brand Building for organization through PR, branding, patient outreach programs, traditional as well as social media marketing and leveraging the same for business growth.
- Driving inception and implementation of key strategic initiatives. Partnering with key functions to drive successful execution and implementation of strategic priorities.
- Support strategy development. In conjunction with the team, drive the development of long-term and short-term strategies to advance positioning in the marketplace, and work with key stakeholders across the company to continuously enhance the process for strategy development/strategic planning.
Qualification : MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Experience from Healthcare / MBA from IIM would be an added advantage.
