Scope of Work :

To support IN IBG COO and IBG business to drive the business policies & process related requirements

Key Accountabilities :

- Responsible for managing and implementing Corporate Banking and SME policies, processes and guidelines with appropriate risk & governance controls

- Implement the changes in regulatory & business environment in our policies & processes

- Ensure compliance of various policies by RMs and work towards refinement of policy documents and processes

- Engage various cross functional stake holders team for timely delivery of set objectives like New Product Approval, Outsourcing Risk Review, Target Market & Risk Acceptance Criteria document, capital efficiency etc.

- To provide support to frontline staff for Transaction/Product booking or business process related requirements

- Work with Risk team to ensure productive collaboration on items related to portfolio monitoring

Required Experience :

- A post graduate or equivalent degree (with experience/understanding of banking and sales)

- Computer proficiency (comfortable with MS Office, advanced excel understanding)
