DBS is hiring for Global Transaction Services (GTS) Payment & Collection

Location : Mumbai

- Develop remittance and payments suite of Products to support Cash Management business. This would include all forms of payments (cheque / cash / electronic) and this would cover both domestic and foreign currency payments and collections. Experience in cards, bill payments, merchant acquiring & escrow will be helpful.

- Effectively manage projects of all new Product Rollouts. To ensure that all applicable approvals are in place before product roll out. In addition, documentation, procedures, pricing, marketing collateral etc. as applicable needs to be prepared and finalised prior to the Product rollout. Ensure detailed requirement documentation, technical walkthrough, process finalisation, design, testing and delivery of projects, enhancements & system solutions.

- Commercialise: This includes training to all relevant stakeholders as well as sales campaigns / sales packs to drive product usage. To track revenue generation / benefit realisation and compare with the Product Plan / Objectives. Generation and dissemination of all relevant MIS to all relevant stakeholders. Also to support sales in complex sales pitches.

- Actively engage clients, external fintech partners, Govt. agencies, NPCI, etc. to map competitive landscape, identify opportunities and actively share with frontline teams to source new avenues of business.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, manage internal/external audit queries, other adhoc requests for data, etc.

- Manage day to day business, operational processes, system issues, client issues, satisfaction assessment, product usage, etc.

- Support and manage special projects (such as deposit generation initiatives etc.) which are floated from time to time. Special projects to be determined in consultation with Head Product.

- Establish profile of the Bank as a premier cash management provider in India. Undertake frequent competitor analysis so that DBS Cash Management offering is in line with competing banks. Also execute training and promotional activities which will help reinforce DBS Cash Management brand.
