We are looking out to Hire young & passionate individual in our SME Team for driving Digital Initiatives :

Key Accountability :

- Manage the product development, product enhancement and client implementation for all digital products offered

- Devise & Conceptualize the API Channel for products offered within Digital channels

- Enable Risk framework and business compliance for digital product offering

- Manage Decision Support & track P&L for Digital Banking- Manage Decision Support & track P&L for Digital Banking

- Understanding the Business Requirement and liaison with external and internal partners for conceptualization and finalization of feasible Digital Solution.

- Project Management from Requirement gathering to Implementation

- Coordination with Digital Banking, BDTS, Legal, Risk and other stakeholders for approvals, development and implementation of projects.

- Identification of vendor and Liasoning for project implementation

- Ongoing evaluation of existing solution, identification of gaps and implementation of enhancements to improve the usage and efficacy.

- Implementation and Scaling up of developed solution through trainings, interactions with stakeholders etc.

- Setting up of key performance indicators and MIS formats for evaluation of solution post launch.

- Responsible for business communication and updates to senior management for Digital Projects.

- Identification and implementation of Fintech Tie-ups including defining scope, commercials, product, program and process Support Team lead in identifying and focusing on appropriate market segments. 

- This includes analysis of key requirements for different identified market segments (through client discussions) and positioning DBS Bank offering to meet client requirements. To support commercialisation of various product rollouts which cater to the needs of the identified client segment.

Technical Competencies :

- Basic understanding of transaction banking products and associated technology platforms and operational procedures

- Understanding of regulatory guidelines on banking issued by MAS and by RBI (local regulations in India) and local laws and regulations that impact businesses in general. Understanding of KYC requirements are critical.

- Knowledge of financial markets and products to assist in meaningful dialogue with clients

- Possess good working relationship and a high degree of team spirit and cooperation with relationship group as well as service partners in the bank such as Product Mgt, Operations, Finance, Legal etc, so as to ensure seamless delivery of products to clients
