Job Overview:
- We are looking for a skilled Technology Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting mid-senior IT professionals, a strong understanding of technology roles, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and a passion for finding the best tech talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
- Identify and engage with potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
Job Posting:
- Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are compelling and accurate to attract top IT talent.
Candidate Screening:
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various IT roles, including software developers, Quality Engineers, Cloud, Data, Product, CRM, AI roles among others.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Delivery and Community leaders to understand hiring requirements and provide expert advice on candidate selection and market trends.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, Hiring Ratio, Sourcing mix, candidate source effectiveness etc.
Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, including diversity and inclusion standards.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technology recruitment is a must, preferably in mid-sized / large Technology companies.
Skills: Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT concepts, technologies, and trends.
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
