Dawn & Dusk Advisors - Senior Associate - Valuation/Due Diligence

Dawn & Dusk Advisors, a boutique corporate finance firm is looking to strengthen its team and hire new teammates. The ideal candidate for this position will help us serve our clients in the domain of investment banking, and deal support. The key work streams shall include preparation of financial models, pitch books, information memorandum, pitches, undertaking valuations, conducting and support Financial and Commercial l Due Diligence, and training junior teammates.

Responsibilities :

Research industry and market dynamics

Undertaking financial and commercial due diligence assignments, data room preparation, and other deal preparatory work

Prepare Financial Models, financial analyses

Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities across various industries using globally accepted relevant approaches and theory

Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including writing valuation reports

Undertaking financial due diligence assignments, data room preparation, and other deal preparatory work

Prepare and Participate in writing financial reports, valuation reports, Due diligence reports

Prepare pitch decks, pitch books, IM, and other deal collaterals

Business development support

Qualifications:

Qualified (CFA, CA, MBA)

Minimum 3-4 years work experience in investment banking/deal support/ valuations/ financial due diligence/ preparation of financial models. pitches and other related transaction advisory work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Handled team

Able to independently manage the assignments and take requisite initiatives

Sound knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of working with databases including Capital IQ, Venture Intelligence etc. is recommended.
