Role Overview:
This role is based out of our office in the Bangalore area. As part of the role, the Consultant in the Analytics team will work closely with our Life Sciences/Pharma Clients in scoping business problems, designing analytics-based solutions, working closely with other Consultants, Associate Consultants and Associates to deliver the solution and consulting with clients to help them generate better outcomes from the solution.
Responsibilities :
- Design, Execute and Manage projects in areas of Marketing Mix Modelling, Promotional Responsiveness (ROI), Segmentation/Targeting, Multi-Channel/Digital Marketing Effectiveness and multiple such ad-hoc analytics in the Pharma Commercial space
- Understand and translate client requirements in terms of clearly defined deliverables with timelines
- Create insightful summary and deck (storyboarding) in order to provide strategic recommendations to clients and other stakeholders. Synthesize and communicate results to clients and DZ teams through oral and written presentations
- Maintain seamless communication with client, get necessary clarifications and resolve outstanding issues proactively
- Independently work on ad-hoc projects end-to-end
- Hold regular (monthly, quarterly) Operational Governance meetings with Clients
- Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on aspects of projects;
- Provide client and DZ teams project status updates
- Proactively come up with new solutions, incremental improvements in Client deliverables
- Maintain an Account Plan and provide support for expansion of Company's solutions into new buying centers
- Provide coaching, training and counselling in developing Associate Consultants and Associates
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Pharma domain.
- Working experience in Pharma domain
- Strong statistical and data manipulation skills using SAS, SQL, R
- Possess excellent MS Office skills - PowerPoint presentations
