Job Description :


- At DataWeave, content plays a pivotal role in steering all our go-to-market and top-of-funnel initiatives.


- We are currently in search of a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager who can steer the creation and dissemination of compelling, top-tier content across a diverse array of media, effectively resonating with various personas within the retail and consumer brand sectors.


- The chosen candidate will take ownership of the entire content repurposing and distribution process, seamlessly managing it from start to finish, capitalizing on channels such as email and social media.


- Furthermore, they will collaborate closely with our team of content writers and establish strong working relationships with numerous internal stakeholders to oversee the continual production of content with a marketing focus.

Responsibilities :


Content Distribution :


- Own the content distribution process end to end. Define and assemble key audience cohorts across regions and stages of the acquisition funnel.


- Create and distribute marketing newsletters monthly to a variety of audiences to a variety of audience segments.


- Devise and implement an email nurture program to engage with top-of-funnel subscribers on a timely basis.


- Repurpose existing content assets into infographics, social posts, emails, etc. to aid in effective content distribution across a range of owned channels.


- Define, measure, and report on the key success metrics for content distribution and consumption using relevant tools.


Content Creation and Strategy :


- Work with our writers and external partners to facilitate the creation of content on a wide variety of topics regarding our value proposition for retailers and consumer brands. Help generate a diverse content assets, such as blogs, website copy, press releases, case studies, industry reports, guides, white papers, videos, and other emerging formats.


- Understand and translate the benefits of DataWeaves product suite, which includes proprietary AI/ML, deep learning, and data science technologies, to a business-focused audience.


- Maintain a calendar based on sales and marketing priorities. Work with business analysts, customer success managers, product managers, and other subject matter experts for new content ideas.


- Engage content writers, freelancers, and agencies as required. Work closely with internal and external graphic designers for powering well designed visual content.


Requirements :


- 7-12 years of experience in content marketing and content distribution at SaaS-based B2B companies.


- Bachelors degree or higher in marketing, business management, journalism, media communications, engineering, or equivalent fields.


- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce, evaluate, and proofread diverse types of content.


- Expertise and experience in using marketing automation systems like Hubspot to create, run, and track brand awareness and content distribution campaigns for a variety of audiences.


- Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity.


- Experience of managing a team of content writers, agencies, freelancers and other stakeholders.


- Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices.


- Ability to work under aggressive timelines, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.


- Experience working with data-led SaaS companies.


- US / International focused content experience would be preferred.


- Experience in creating and distributing retail, eCommerce, or consumer brand related content.


- Based in Bangalore and is willing to work from the office for at least two days each week.


- Applicants will be required to share a portfolio of content produced by them before being

shortlisted.
