We are looking for an inclusive, dynamic, savvy self-starter to join our HR team as an HR Leader supporting teams within the organization. This person will work directly with the leadership team of the organization. This role requires strong leadership and team collaboration across teams. We are looking for a professional who has the ability to diagnose issues, see patterns of problems as they dive deep, and recommend immediate and long-term programmatic solutions. They must be able to collaborate across groups, influence all levels of the organization, and roll up their sleeves and engage on a hands-on basis. This person must be able to balance competing priorities and conflicting opinions and facilitate the best decisions for employees and the business in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change.

General role requirements & expectations :

- Develop and implement a people strategy based on the broader- DataWeave- HR strategy and business goals.

- Bring an external perspective and understanding of HR market trends to drive the talent, culture, and processes that will support the team - and- DataWeave- in creating a world-class business that delivers breakout growth and provides a great employee experience.

- Support- and- build out talent through organization design- and development.

- Determine the potential implications and commercial impact of change in the external business environment and design internal change activities accordingly, including organizational design and operating models.

- Support Merger & Acquisition due diligence and integration

- Use data & analytics to inform strategy and focus change efforts.

- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of key financial drivers related to growth and revenue goals. Thereby, driving HR Strategies while ensuring growth in revenue per employee, attrition is managed to optimal levels per our industry benchmarks.

Talent Management :

- Ensure talent management plays a key role as part of the overall business strategy, including building processes that create a fair and objective means of evaluating people against a- standard aligned with incentive and reward models.

- Working together with the Global HR team, you will keep the right focus on assessing the HR needs in areas such as performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition.

- Strong focus on identifying, growing, engaging, and retaining key talent through comprehensive talent management including succession planning, talent development, and an agile approach to career management.

- Build a robust diversity and inclusion strategy to drive growth and ensure our employees represent the diversity and breadth of our customers.

- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling.

- Partner with the talent acquisition team to build systemic and scalable recruiting programs to create a sustainable pipeline of talent.

Business Partnering :

- Partner with senior stakeholders (VPs and Directors) and their teams to develop the talent strategy needed to support our tremendous growth and build a work environment where employees can thrive and grow.

- Function as a consultant to key stakeholders and their respective groups; engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR plans.

- Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.

- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.

- Work with line managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.

- Help business leaders to develop and execute HR priorities that enable business priorities and foster the employee experience.

Organizational Development :

- Recognize where the business can create new value and actively seek out external research and insight that will bring that value into the organization.

- Bring a deep understanding of the key capabilities that will drive growth and create a talent management and- talent acquisition strategy- that ensures we have the right talent in the right places across the organization.

- Create a dynamic strategic workforce plan to deliver our short and long-term goals.

- Support simplification efforts to ensure our organization is as effective as possible within a global, matrixed structure.

Rewards :

- Influence rewards - framework and engage with- Finance team - to design competitive reward plans where they are required to meet critical business needs while adhering to the required governance and controls

HR Functional Leadership :

- Work with peers to develop a high-performing team of business-aligned HR resources, building business knowledge and HR capability through formal learning, coaching, and on-the-job experiences.

- Contribute to the broader HR function by sharing knowledge and experience informally or through participation in project teams. Enhance the reputation of the HR function, and build individual capability through participation in external professional networks.

- Provide coaching, development, and mentoring to a small team of direct report HR.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in HR, with increasing responsibility or related business leadership experience

- Depth of pragmatic experience with compensation planning and implementation

- An ability and desire to own a space, provide thought leadership, and catalyze results.

- Expertise in assessing management and executive talent.

- Strong analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document preparation and presentation skills; strong facilitation skills

- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.

- Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers, and strong talent assessment skills

- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.

- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level.
