Role Details

Qualification: CA& MBA (preferably from Top B schools in India)

Experience: 3 to 4 years (post-CA articles)

CTC: Need to understand the current Market Standards

Industry: B2B Saas/ Big Data Analytics

Reporting to CFO

Location: Bangalore

Role: Manage and assist on certain components of Finance Operations of the Company and work closely with CFO

Job Responsibility :

- Financial/ Business Metrics Compilations & Reporting

- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements and relevant MIS reports

- Oversee day to day accounting, ensure proper record-keeping of agreements, invoices, vouchers, etc of transactions with respect to our business across the globe (SG/ US/ India) of assigned P&L and Balance Sheet items, and be responsible for following

- Be responsible for all statutory compliances across India/ US/ SG

- Periodic review of Internal Controls & Procedures

- Assist in Statutory, Internal, Tax & Transfer Pricing audits

- Undertake regular internal audits and monitor controls

- Accounts Receivable / Payable Management / Monthly Payroll Processing

- Good knowledge of accounting principles

- Hands-on experience in direct and indirect taxation

- Hands-on experience in managing the accounts using QuickBooks/ Tally Softwares

- Exposure in relevant Company Secretarial/ HR related statutory compliances

- Good knowledge of MS office

- Good communication skills (written and spoken)

- Analytical bent of mind

- Be assertive, while being a good team player

- Experience in F&A roles in B2B SaaS companies with global finance operations will be an added advantage or experience in Statutory/ Internal Audits in one of Big Fives (EY/KPMG/Deloitte/PwC/GT) is required
