- Develop and implement marketing and sales plan for various US regions.

- Monitor competitor and their strategies.

- Develop and maintain targets and budgets

- Hunt for new business in B2B and B2C space

- Manage sales/marketing team and execute plans

- Implement effective push/pull strategies

- Retain and grow newly hunted business for a period of 12 months
