Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to market Hospital ERP Software solutions and related products, identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Generate and qualify leads, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, while closing deals to expand the customer base.
- Identify and research target territories, creating a qualified list of accounts to focus on for business growth.
- Lead the response process for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accurate, thorough, and timely submissions, including persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure sales, ensuring favorable agreements and a positive client experience.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.
- Lead product demonstrations to highlight the value of our software solutions and address client-specific challenges effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through the implementation of effective sales strategies, relationship building, and deal closure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports on business development activities, offering insights into progress and areas for improvement.
- Oversee key account management activities, ensuring timely payment collection and resolution of client issues, fostering long-term relationships and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the healthcare or Hospital Information Software industry.
- A proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Expertise in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Knowledge of Hospital ERP software solutions is preferred.
