About the job:

- DATAMARK, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts.

- As a recognized provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, we aim to enhance brand visibility and engage potential clients effectively.

- The Marketing Manager will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives in the BPO industry.

- This role involves overseeing various marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and marketing communications.

- The Marketing Manager will create scalable processes ensuring the best lead generation and database management practices.

- This position will conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost lead generation and brand awareness in the BPO sector

- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media

- Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies

- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis

- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to track effectiveness and inform optimizations

- Support event planning and execution for trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities

Requirements:

- Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

- At least 3 years of Marketing experience in a Contact Center or BPO company preferred, but not required

- At least 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or senior-level position with a focus on B2B

- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns (lead gen)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Analytical skills to interpret data and track performance metrics

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
