- Outbound leads Generation and Conversion
- Understanding of our solution (Analytics & Automation / Platform as a Service (PaaS)) for the clients
- Deep understanding of the market i.e. various industries that we cater to and typical challenge of the clients in the area of reporting and analytics etc.
- Articulation of the value proposition and increasing brand awareness amongst the target clientele
- Continuous generating / gathering of leads, building relationships with prospects
- Inbound leads to Conversion
- Pre-Sales: Preparation / updating and presenting high-quality sales pitch to the potential clients.
- On-site or Online demonstration of the solution to clients
- Developing and evolving the flow of the Demo call and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Coordinating the resources to ensure timely action and follow-up
- Post-pitching or demonstration
- Preparation of customized deck, proposals and other materials
- Negotiation through to the signing of the engagement, receipt of advance
- Building the lead pipeline (Sales funnel) and tracking the same through to conversion
- Client Relationship Management
- Being in touch with the senior decision-making executives (Founders, CEO or CFOs, Directors or Seniors VPs) at the clients on a continued basis, understanding the challenges faced by them
- Renewal of contracts and increase in the wallet share from the clients
- Generating invoices by coordinating between client and internal delivery team (for feedback from the client to be resolved)
- Follow-through on A/R collection
- Should be handling sales target of around Rs. 60-80 lakh per quarter
- Hand-holding tele-marketers in terms of Database, lead generation, email campaign management, calling
- Sync-up with Marketing (Participatory Role)
- Planning, coordinating, and setting up event calendar for Ruby's solution with 3 types of
- events (Own, Participating, Sponsoring events)
- Plan and overview of the marketing content creation process (Product-wise brochures, AVs)
Must Have Attributes
- Demonstrable work experience of B2B Corporate Sales or Concept Sale of Software Solutions /
- BI and Analytics / Consulting Firm / Fintech Product
- Domain exposure to BFSI, IT and ITES, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Services shall be an added advantage.
- Access and experience of selling solutions (preferably tech or financial solutions) to SME businesses
- Good understanding of Finance & Marketing
- Self-starter or Go-getter attitude, Outcome (result) oriented approach
- High degree of client orientation, ownership of the client issues and navigating internal teams to address the same in a timely manner
- Strong people and relationship management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
- Flexibility to travel
Education
- MBA or Equivalent with a specialization (majors) in Sales & Marketing. Minors can be Finance
- Graduation can be Computers / Technology / Industrial Research / Data Science & Analytics / Statistics & Econometrics
