Job Description :

- Looking for a experienced database architect with minimum 6 years of experience and coming from a product based company. Should have architected, designed and developed database solutions in the financial services domain in the past. Must have hands on experience in database migration and upgradation in a live production environment.

Our client is a well funded lending fin-tech start-up that focuses on the blue-collar segment that aims to provide a seamless lending and repayment experience to its customers. They have multiple offering like personal loans, salary advances etc. that are customised for the target customers and help in enabling financial inclusion. Currently having an online application used by the customers to get access to cash anytime, anywhere.

Description

- Architected, designed and developed database solutions for various application

- Perform live database migration and upgradation in a production environment

- Be a part of the design discussions from the database perspective

- Create back and recovery strategies for new databases

- Monitor performance of databases by performing regular tests, troubleshooting and integrate new features

Profile :

- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT/NIT/BITS/NSIT/DTU

- Strong experience working with databases like PostgreSQL, No SQL DB like Mongo DB or Cassandra

- Architected, designed and developed database solutions in the past

- Experienced in database migration and upgrading in a production environment

- Experience of having worked at scale in the past

- Experience working with product based companies in the past with preference for Fin-tech

- Problem solving mindset with excellent organisation and analytic abilities
