Job Description - Looking for a Database Admin Lead who should possess strong knowledge of Oracle Database and hands-on experience on Open Database. As a DBA Lead, you will be responsible for end to end management and architecture of migration projects and will handle a team of 15-20 DBAs from partners.

Description :

- ENd to end operations, architecture and project management

- Ensure timely delivery of all projects

- Works collaboratively with all peers to ensure organisational goals are met

- Lead Customer relations and management at the organisation level

- Ensure consistent management improvement plans and participation in audit reviews

Profile

- B.Tech/BE/MCA in Computer Science

- At least 11 years of experience in Oracle DB and 8+ years experience in Open DB

- Should have managed multiple projects at the same time in a complex setup

- Strong Experience in handling implementation and migration projects

- Strong customer and vendor management skills

- Excellent people management and leadership skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of employees ranging from entry level to senior leadership
