Job Description:

Role: General Manager - Business Development - US Market (7-15 years)

Key Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a sales hunter (with at least 2+ years in the US region).

- Exposure to US capital markets, private banks, mutual fund companies, credit unions, and stockbrokers for disclosure management solutions (preferred).

- Proven ability in business planning, strategy creation, and competition analysis.

- Experience in D2E sales and handling channel partners/intermediaries.

- Network with intermediaries such as audit firms, consulting firms, and brokerage agencies.

- Demonstrated success as an individual contributor with revenue targets exceeding $2 million.

- Skilled in monitoring market conditions and regulatory dynamics for strategic planning.

- Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation.

- Experience in outbound calling, scheduling meetings, and travel planning.

- Willingness to travel extensively to the US for client/partner meetings, events, and conferences.

- Ability to understand client businesses, qualify leads, interact with buying personas, articulate value propositions, and close deals.

- Exposure to CRM tools with the ability to track and report sales metrics periodically.

Additional Requirements:

- Candidate must be based in Chennai and available to work from the office (No remote/hybrid option).

- Open to extensive travel to the US.
