DataTech - Human Resources Business Partner

The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions within the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, talent management and compliance. This strategic leadership role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, promoting organizational culture, and ensuring an engaged and high-performance workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy: Align HR strategies with company goals to drive business growth.

2. Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, employee development, and retention strategies. Prepare the training plans

3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and handle conflict resolution.

4. Performance Management: Lead performance appraisals, feedback systems, retention & succession planning.

5. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.

6. Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

1. Leadership: Strong ability to influence and lead across all levels.

2. HR Expertise: Deep understanding of recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager, or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
