Data n Analytics Team works with their counterparts - Sales, Client Services, Traders, Solution engineers and plays a significant role in end-to-end campaign management cycle and client specific data science projects.&nbsp; - The ideal candidate is someone who thinks strategy &amp; business impact and can translate the ambitions of Management and Executives to concrete data-driven initiatives &amp; specific actions. The Data Strategy Analyst is an expert on OMNI and other third-party data sources and can help clients analyse their own data to draw insights and conclusions. This is not a heavy - big data- person who only works in the spreadsheets; you can turn data into actionable opportunities for strategists, creatives and clients. The person would be responsible for the delivery of MiQ's analytical outputs for media campaigns, owning timely delivery with world class quality standards. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as expert on latest technology trends &amp; products in the space of (big) data, analytics, ad-tech, machine learning and/or AI - Be a thought-partner for Managers and Executives by bridging market trends to their specific challenges, dynamics, limitations &amp; ambitions - The necessity to place strategic rigour and embrace data and analytics into the core of the business, coupled with a need to reclaim the communications discipline of influence . - Guide customers from the maze of buzzwords towards a good understanding of opportunities, threats and actions plans - Host interviews, brainstorms and workshops with Business teams and Executives on data-related topics and projects - Develop strategic roadmaps, project outlines and detailed action plans - Work with external vendors and partner technologies where needed - Strong commercial awareness, identifying opportunities to grow business and taking active part in Market objectives setting and prioritization. - Embrace project &amp; team management aimed towards getting the job done. This will include working with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts and business stakeholders - Be an on- and offline ambassador for the MiQ DnA innovation team - Interact regularly with Market leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to team- s capabilities. - Strong collaboration and client engagement skills to provide inspired, clear and succinct direction and Points-Of-View to direct the business and the work. - Formulate analytics delivery plan. Develop and communicate strategic and operational goals and plan for the market teams. - Act as a data auditor reviewing DNA analytics practices and comeuppance with best practices. - Represent DNA team in internal technology forums, spearheading the analytics strategy towards privacy complaint digital ecosystem - Managing market campaign delivery in accordance to monthly / quarterly revenue and GP targets. - Must be skilled and become invaluable in guiding, supporting and partnering with the creative teams during the integrated creative development process.
