Quantum / SPSS / Quanvert - Data Services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- US EST Shift (6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST)

- Responsible for timely project delivery with high quality interaction with the client over telephone /email.

- Drive and achieve internal targets.

- Requirement minimum hands-on experience working in a Market Research using Quantum.

- Graduate / Postgraduate with experience with excellent communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and Data processing tools like Quantum, SPSS, Quanvert.

- Attention to detail should have good analytical skills.

- Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Able to prioritize work according to pre-set timelines.

- Ability to work on Tabulations, Data Edits, Data Validation, and other Data Processing activities.

- Reporting Structure Will be reporting to the Team Leader.

- Communication should be good and willing to work in shifts.

- As part of job responsibilities, you are required to comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.

Essential Job functions, Including, but not limited to the following:

- Data validation: 100% accuracy.

- Understand data structure.

- Write programs/scripts to check the data for any errors using tools like SPSS.

- Basic knowledge of Confirmit/Decipher platforms.

- Pro-active communication: 100% meet deadlines.

- Handle multiple projects independently and deliver error free output.

- Review project requirements and execute projects independently as per requirements.

- Willing to work in US EST Shift (6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST) and UK GMT.
