Data Security, Audit & Reporting Analyst

- The incumbent would be responsible for responsible for the data security & audit of the ERP data and to ensure that the best practices are followed.

- He/She would also have to ensure that all measures are taken to safeguard the integrity of the ERP data to keep the institute compliant on all fronts with respect to ERP. This would be a Contractual role. At the end of every 3 years, the contract may be renewed based on Performance.

Responsibilities :

- Owns and handles all data reporting requirements of various departments and divisions regarding ERP

- Be responsible for documenting requirements for new reporting, including recommending and implementing business intelligence capabilities, centralized data collection and archival, and automated dashboards and reports

- Ensures the availability of data to all authorities and senior management in the required formats

- Acts as a liaison between business and technical groups by planning, conducting and validating the technical solutions/processes

- Identifying, analysing, planning, designing, building, testing and deploying reporting solutions in a timely manner

- Ensuring critical IS processes adhere to policies and standards

- Evaluating the ERP functionality against the institute policies, rules and regulations at periodic intervals, identifying potential risks and evaluating existing controls

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft

- B.E., B. Tech, MCA in any specialisation

- Possesses a high level overview of risk-intelligence and security awareness

- Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

- Knowledge of key access management concepts related to account management, privileged accounts, service accounts, user accounts

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint. Performing statistical analysis using Excel

- Aware of common business processes across the ERP products, accelerators, testing tools
