Gen AI: Data Scientist and Sr. Data Scientist (DS)

For Sr. DS Assessment : Overall if the candidate can solve GenAI problems, is aware of the infra requirements, open source / cloud services required to develop the solutions.

1. Advanced NLP, GenAI Projects that they have worked on POCs. Need list of techniques like clustering, classification, sentiment analysis etc. that they have experience with.

2. If they have worked on Full-fledged projects deployed in production that is a plus

3. Hands-on exercise to evaluate Python expertise to solve Avncd. NLP/ GenAI problem statement

4. Their understanding of the different models - CNN/RNN/BERT/GPT/BARD/Claude 2/Llama etc.

5. Experience with Huggingface, Langchain etc., building the pipelines

6. Experience with Vector DBs, Text embedding models

7. Different prompting templates Zero-shot, Few-shot, Composition etc.

8. LLM In-context learning , Fine tuning, Model evaluation metrics etc.

9. Text pre/post - processing techniques
