Data Scientist - Revenue Forecasting - Hospitality Startup - IIT/NIT/ISI

Client : Funded startup in Bangalore

We are trying to solve an Exciting global problem for hospitality industry.

Role : Candidate would build out the Data Sciences team under him and also deliver great business impact by solving these complex problems esp (Revenue Forecasting, Customer Recommendation).

- This role would give successful candidates an opportunity to own and build out end to end data science products - from translating business problems to their mathematical equivalent, selecting the relevant feature sets, building required ML models and taking them to implementation

Requirement : Must have been an engineer turned Data Scientist, who understands code level problems.

- Graduation in Mathematics/Computer Sciences /Quantitative discipline from a Tier-1 school.

- 7+ years relevant experience in solving large scale business problems related to Revenue Management system, Dynamic pricing using Machine Learning/ Pure sciences approach.

- Should be hands on and ready to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

- Strong in Data mining, data pipe lining and coding in R/Python.

- Should be able to work with Engineering teams.
