Data Scientist - R/Python - Analytical Firm

We are looking for positions in Data Scientist with a leading Analytical Organization at Bangalore

Experience : 5+ years exp with good exposure in Statistical Models, Model development/ Predictive Models using R and Python

Role & Responsibilities :

- Demonstrated ability in driving business impact through the application of data science and analytical techniques.

- Understanding and leveraging the connection between data structures, analytical methods, and business applications

- Strong analytical thinking skills. Ability to creatively solve business problems, innovating new approaches where required.

- Hands-on developer with strong exposure on R and python, work closely with client team in delivering the churn and analytics solutions.

- Modeling & analysis (including regression and other approaches)

- Hands on experience in using Statistical Packages in Python and R with a Combination of programming experience (C, C++, UNIX, Java, Linux)

- Experience working with large data sets and tools like Map Reduce, Hadoop, Hive,

- Should be able to analyze requirements and drive solution

- Experience leading or collaborating with a team of data scientists in developing and delivering machine learning models that work in a production setting
