Data Scientist - Online/Internet

As a Data Scientist/Engineer, you will:

- Solve business problems related to company using data analysis/mining and machine learning techniques.

- You will build classification models to improve - Search- conversion by 30%.

- Improve the user engagement for Predictive Search by 25%.

- Improve Search Conversion (Click thru- rate) for long tail search words by 10%.

- Design and implement efficient algorithms for ranking search results

- Stays current with Big Data technology.

Required Qualifications

- M.S. in math, advanced statistics, physics, operations research and/or computer science

- Strong algorithms and statistics background

- 3+ years of experience deploying algorithms in a production environment

- Experience with ML on map/reduce big data systems (e.g., Hadoop/Spark).

- Experience with end-to-end software development processes

- Experience with implementing machine learnt classification models.

- Experience with Search Relevancy and ranking
