Roles & Expertise:

1) Developing Quantitative Models on Real-Estate Data.

2) Creating Various Rating Heuristics and Algorithms.

3) Creating recommendation engine based on user search history.

4) Integrating models and algorithms into the website Back-End.

Skills required:

1) Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.

2) Knowledge of applying data mining techniques (i.e. classification, & clustering, time series forecasting, simulation and system modeling), statistics and information retrieval methods to real-world data

3) Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner

4) Experience of analytic environments and tools, for both structured and unstructured data

5) Excellent programming skills will be a plus
