Role : Data Scientist

Job Location : Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

- Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning(CNN, ANN, clustering, GMM-HMM and as such), recommendation systems, pattern recognition, large-scale data mining, voice recognition, Acoustic model or artificial intelligence.

- Proven ability to translate insights into business recommendations.

- Experience with Hadoop/Hbase/Pig or Mapreduce/Sawzall/Bigtable

- Expert knowledge developing and debugging in C/C++ and Java

- Experience with scripting languages such as R, Python, Octave, matlab and such

- Experience with filesystems, server architectures, and distributed systems.

- Hands on experience in building large scale data systems from scratch

- Ability to mentor and create a data science team

Desired Skills and Competencies :

- 5-8 years of experience in data science field

- MS or Phd in machine learning, statistical analysis

- Must be from a premium institute like IIT and IIM
