Data Scientist - Machine Learning - Decision Science Analytics Team - eCommerce

As part of the Decision Science Analytics team you will work on a number of R&D projects, looking to make significant changes to business operations in order to drive the use of advanced analytics and the ROI. You will immerse yourself in a data-driven environment and be at the heart of key decisions made within the business.

Data Scientist - Your Tasks :

- Delivering clear insights, combining analysis and machine learning methods to address the most challenging business problems for clients

- Unafraid to research and experiment with advanced scientific methods

- Presenting analysis to internal business partners, pushing the limits of what they can do with their data

- Apply your statistical knowledge to real-time data to understand your user base

- Bring about change internally, building a road-map of future projects

- Build bespoke machine learning applications with the marketing & engineering teams

Your Skills And Expertise :

- Experience using either Python or R and SQL

- 7+ years' experience handling large data sets

- Good communication skills to different stakeholders

- Experience in an industry where you have experience with high volumes of data

- Proven experience in improving a companies commercial value through the development and deployment of statistical/ Machine Learning and empirical based models
