Job Responsibilities:
- Help deliver POCs from various risk subfunctions by providing subject matter knowledge of advanced analytics & Machine learning techniques.
- Contributing towards building up of capabilities around - ATL / BTL campaign PIRs (across products and propositions), Email Marketing Analytics (involving Segmentation and Optimisation), Analysis on Programmatic and Attribution, Digital leads funnel optimization, PWS / PIB Adobe Analytics, Social Media Analytics and Market Mix modeling support
- Contribute to Strategic Analysis, Advanced Statistical/Econometric/ Market Mix Modelling/Machine Learning/Data Science solutions to drive Marketing Effectiveness for ATL and BTL campaigns
- Drive standardization of different Marketing KPIs involving automation and standardization of reporting across diverse geographies. Collaborate with Finance to translate results from Marketing KPIs into Financial metrics like FInancial Returns against marketing Spends
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in strategic analysis, reporting and modeling covering financial products & customers, market research, business strategy and/or consulting.
- Expertise in mining/ modeling Big and complex data through SAS, R, Python etc. A proven skill of automating data extraction, modeling, reporting is preferable.
- Hands on experience of applying various machine learning techniques to real-life problems
- Expertise in Advanced Statistics, Econometrics Modelling, Data Science and Machine Learning Techniques/Algorithms. Knowledge of Market/Media Mix modeling OR Social Media Analytics alongside is highly preferable.
- Good Knowledge of SAS/ R/Python programming would be highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple deliverables concurrently often within aggressive timeframes. Ability to cope with time pressure with collaborative attitude and approach
- Exposure to banking domain would be preferred
