- Design, develop, test, and deploy Generative AI models using cutting-edge algorithms with a primary focus on language models.

- Utilize advanced statistical methods to mine and analyse data related to customers' discovery and viewing experiences, extracting crucial insights for product enhancement.

- Develop statistical models and optimisation frameworks to optimise processes, products, and profits within the Generative AI domain.

- Collaborate closely with the research team and key partners in the market to conceptualise and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including Conversational AI and document understanding.

- Proactively introduce new metrics and studies to assess the value of various product aspects within the Generative AI landscape.

- Enable product and engineering leaders to leverage insights through effective communication, education, and visualisation of data.

- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business or product refinement within the Generative AI sphere.

- Enhance and maintain reusable tools and modelling pipelines, facilitating knowledge sharing across teams.

- Define and implement best practices in Generative AI and MLOps, providing mentorship to colleagues.

- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders throughout the lifecycle of Generative AI projects.
