Data Scientist - Credit Risk Analyst - R/Python/ML/Big Data - BFSI

A growing financial services firm is looking for a Credit Risk Analyst with hands on experience with scorecard modelling to join a growing team of analysts.

About Co. :

- You will join a growing lending organisation which is currently undertaking a major project developing its scorecards and strategies. With a strong ethical stance and commitment to responsible finance, this role provides the opportunity to work for a forward thinking and ambitious organisation.

Role :

- You will be involved in developing and building the scoring system from scratch using R, Python, ML, Big Data tech.. This is a unique opportunity to have your input in a new and innovative analytics function. You will also have to build strong relationships with related stakeholders in areas such as Risk Modelling and Compliance in addition to presenting the impact of your strategies to Directors.

Skills/Experience :

- Strong credit risk analytics experience in a Retail Banking/Consumer Lending environment

- You must have scorecard modelling experience

- Established competency in statistical modeling using R, Python, ML Techniques

- Strong academic background with a numerate undergraduate degree
