The role holder is expected to be hands on in the following areas:
CRM Management:
- Streamline lead management strategy for the growth organization
- Vendor Management
Data Analysis:
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions using appropriate tools.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses.
- Identify and address data quality issues, working closely with relevant teams.
- Presentation and storytelling skills:
- Ability to create structured and well-designed presentations for consumption by the senior leadership.
