Data Scientist - BFS

- Coordinating research and analysis activities utilizing various data points (unstructured and structured) and employing programming to clean, massage, and organize the data

- Experimenting against data points, providing information based on experiment results and providing previously undiscovered solutions to command data challenges

- Defining company data assets (data models), spark, sparkSQL, and hiveSQL jobs to populate data models

- Working closely with all business units and concerned people to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture

- Presenting information using data visualization techniques

- Identifying valuable data sources and automate collection processes

- Analyzing large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

- Building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms

- Combining models through ensemble modeling

- Presenting information using data visualization techniques

- Proposing new ideas and solutions to business challenges
