Job Summary:

- The job requires the resource to have very strong business acumen with the ability to understand data. The role requires the resource to identify the right business issue and advice clients on the right solutions by analyzing the data.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

- Support data Advisory data engagements.

- The job requires the resource to have strong business acumen with the ability to communicate finding to clients that can improve efficiency and performance of a company.

- They must have the ability to pick the right problem that the business needs to improve and which is of great value to the organization and must be able to advice solutions to clients

Must work closely with the global team and should be able to conceptualize ideas and be actively involved in developing strategy and framework

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

- Must have very strong knowledge of quantitative techniques

- Must have worked in developing/advising on analytical solutions to clients

- They must have the ability to identify rich data sources, combine them with other data sources, and come up with results

- The resource must be able to analyze specific problem areas and give recommendations

- Present new business ideas on performance improvement, cost reduction etc to new or existing clients.

- Proactively identify bottlenecks and resolve within time

- Good creativity and conceptualization skills

- Ability to work across virtual teams across EY in different time zones

Supervision Responsibilities:

- The will take responsibility of supervising and leading project teams working on analytics projects

Other Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Ability to work within a matrix organization

- Excellent Writing and Oral Communication skills - Presentation and Soft Skills for communicating with Senior Management, working in project teams and with customers

- Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality

- Excellent skills in using SPSS, SAS, MS Excel, allother data analytical tools

- Must have a very good eye for detail and be quality driven

- Should open to working in different time zones and travel on a need basis

Job Requirements:

Education:

- Masters in Statistics, mathematics, computer science and application

Experience:

- Self-driven and highly motivated individual with 7-10 years of experience similar advisory role
