- Experience in health data sciences is a must.

- Strong exposure to EMR/EHR data or claims data or population data is a must.

- Experience in using the algorithms like K means clustering, Random forests, Decision tree, Linear Regression, Correlation, Time-series.

- Certification in Statistical Modeling and Simulation.

- BE / MS/PhD in Statistics/Mathematics/OR/computer science.
